Beachside Screen & Patio designs and installs fixed, custom screen enclosures for Robertsdale homeowners who want a more comfortable porch, patio or pool area with fewer insects and less windblown debris.
Custom screen room installation in Robertsdale
A well-planned screen room should fit the home, the available backyard space and the way people move between the house and yard. We measure the site, review the roofline and attachment points, and plan the aluminum framing, screen panels and doors around the property.
For an uncovered patio, available options can include a new insulated-panel roof, screen doors, lower kick panels and different insect-screen materials. The right combination depends on the existing slab or deck, drainage, access and project footprint.
Screened porches and patio enclosures
If your Robertsdale home already has a covered porch or patio, enclosing the open sides can create a cleaner, more usable transition between the house and backyard. Our screened porch and patio enclosures are fitted around existing columns, openings, steps and doors instead of relying on a one-size-fits-all kit.
Whether you call it a screened porch, screened-in patio or patio screen enclosure, the goal is practical outdoor living with airflow, open views and protection from mosquitoes and loose yard debris.
Pool screen enclosures for Robertsdale homes
Beachside also installs pool screen enclosures when the pool deck and surrounding site are suitable. We plan the enclosure around the house connection, pool equipment access, entry doors and the normal route between the pool, home and yard.
What affects screen room cost?
Screen room and screened-porch pricing varies because every Robertsdale property is different. A free on-site estimate lets us inspect the structure and discuss the choices that affect the design and price.
- Enclosure dimensions and available footprint
- Existing roof, slab, deck and attachment conditions
- Frame layout, screen material and door placement
- New roof panels or lower kick panels, when needed
- Drainage and access between the house and yard
Screen room or sunroom?
A screen room or screened porch uses insect screen to preserve airflow and an outdoor feel. A sunroom is normally enclosed with windows or glass and functions more like conditioned indoor space. Beachside specializes in fixed screen rooms and screen enclosures.
Robertsdale permits and project planning
Permit requirements depend on the work and the property's location. The City of Robertsdale Building & Engineering Department accepts permit applications online and notes that properties outside the city limits fall under a different jurisdiction. Current city or Baldwin County requirements should be confirmed for the specific address and project before construction.
Fixed aluminum screen enclosures
Beachside builds fixed, custom aluminum-framed screen rooms, screened porches, patio enclosures and pool screen enclosures. We do not install motorized or retractable screen systems.
